From a small location on Pretoria Road in Galt to our present day head office on Franklin Boulevard in Cambridge, our company has undergone many changes at our Cambridge facility covering 31,000 square feet. We are proud to be the main fastener distribution point, with branches in Brantford, St. Catharines, and Stoney Creek operating as retail outlets and mini-warehouses.
We have built a reputation for customer service thanks to the product and industry knowledge of our long-term employees with some of them being with us for 25-30 years to date, as well as the training and expertise that they instill in our newer staff members. This knowledge combined with our current inventory of over 20,000 different products, plus the flexibility to add products based on customer demand, allows us to maintain our service edge.
To meet your fastener requirements, our inventory control and packaging product management systems provide our branch warehouses with the necessary packaged products. With continued focus on total customer satisfaction, we have implemented additional services, such as EDI and inventory bar coding systems that scan our customer storage bins.
