WORK IT OUT
Just because the weather cools down doesn’t mean your workouts have to. Here are some tips for exercising outdoors this winter:
Stay hydrated: it’s easy to lose track of how much you’re actually sweating when it’s cold out. Drink water even when you don’t feel thirsty to avoid dehydration!
Layer up: keeping warm is important, but make sure you also let your body breathe. Layers are easy to remove or replace based on your body temperature.
Start inside: warming up inside helps you adjust more easily to the cold. Try 10 minutes of light cardio.
Daylight helps: try planning your workout for when the sun is still out. Midday is the best time, since it’ll be the warmest.
Get going: Once you’re out there, it’ll be worth it. Gear up with our new Fall arrivals here.
