You are doing business with Bright Market, LLC dba FastSpring, Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring Limited and/or FastSpring B.V. We are an authorized reseller of software and other digital products. FastSpring specializes in safe, secure Internet sales and fulfillment. Because we are experts in this area, thousands of companies large and small around the world partner with us to provide sales of their products. This allows consumers to safely purchase products without fear of fraud, privacy invasion, or non-delivery of products.

Under this agreement, the payment processing services for goods and/or services purchased by you are provided by Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring, Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring Limited on behalf of Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring, or FastSpring B.V., depending on the type of payment method used for the purchase of the goods and/or services. In the event you choose to pay with a credit card and the payment will be processed via a European Acquirer, these terms are an agreement between you and FastSpring B.V. and/or Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring Limited. For any other type of purchases, these terms are an agreement between you and Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring and goods and/or services will be delivered by Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring.

FastSpring does not sell your personal data to third-parties. All information necessary to your purchase is only shared between FastSpring and the software provider you are purchasing from. For full details, please read our privacy policy.

For European customers, please note that the EU requires FastSpring to charge VAT (value-added tax) on downloadable purchases by non-business consumers located in the EU. Business customers purchasing through FastSpring are able to waive VAT charges by providing a valid VAT ID at time of purchase. For more information, you can refer to our page on VAT.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. This means there is no risk of your personal data or credit card information being stolen. Using your credit card through a FastSpring page is 100% safe. We do not store credit card numbers, so there is no chance of unauthorized access or the numbers being stolen after a FastSpring purchase is completed.
