We have our own claims management companies in the United States, Europe and Asia as our claim services headquarters in each region, providing claims and loss control services for international cargo clients. These companies are also responsible for supervising Claim Settling Agents to maintain and improve high quality claim services.
A worldwide network of Claim Settling Agents
We appoint more than 250 Claim Settling Agents (incl. Sub Agents) around the world to settle the cargo claims on our behalf providing prompt and reliable claim services in each country. Our regional Claims Management Companies supervise their activities with our claims service standard.
