Yo I'm 36 just got first hand tat and I didn't realize till after tat healed that my skin is old on hand from years of surfing in he sun. It makes tat look dry and kinda shitty. Have u heard of this problem and is there anything I can do? Keep lotion in it 24/7?

But here is the thing: I found a designed that fitted my hand perfectly, is it ok to relocate it in my forearm, as my first time? Or should I keep that design for my hand to do it maybe later in life? I have the perfect design I want for my first tattoo, but I don't want to fuck up the location.
