MP3 Converter is a streamlined program that allows you to convert files between several different formats and at varying levels of quality. This makes it possible for you to play your files on different types of devices with different programs.

Pros

Clean interface: This app presents a streamlined interface, with clear options for adding files, selecting output format and quality, and then beginning the conversion process. Files to be converted are listed in the middle of the window, so you can see what you've completed already, at a glance.

Cons

No conversion status: Once you click convert, you have no way of knowing the status of the conversion. While most of these are completed quickly, it would be nice if there was some way to see where in the process each file was.

Not many options: Compared to other file conversion programs, this one offers relatively few options for file output types. The only ones available are WAV, OGG, M4A, WMA, and AAC.

Failed conversions: Some of the conversions we attempted failed without any explanation from the app. The files just weren't converted and didn't save.

Bottom Line

MP3 Converter can be useful if you need to convert files between MP3 format and one of the others supported in the app. It's also free, so there's not much harm in trying it out for a bit to see if it will work for you. But there are other programs out there that offer nicer features and more conversion options. So it may be worth looking into some others, as well, especially if you do a lot of conversions and want to be able to monitor their progress.

MP3 Converter is audio/video converting tool that can convert between the following formats MP3, WAV, OCG, AAC, WMA, M4A, FLV, AVI, MPG, MP4,FLAC files. Convert your file fast and easy using our free software. MP3 Converter Currently Supports The Following Formats: MP3, WAV, OGG, AAC, WMA, M4A, FLV, AVI, MPG, MP4. MP3 Converter supports single file conversions, batch conversions, importing from zip files, and the ability to add all files from a single folder all at once. If you have a zip file that contains audio/video files that need to be converted. You can import the files from the zip without even extracting it with our software. Simply select "File" then select "Add Zip" then find your zip file. After you do that the conversion tool will add the supported files from the zip into its file conversion queue automatically. There is also a custom bitrate option, so if you don't prefer to pick the High, Med, Low options and want to be more specific with the quality of your files, you can always do that as well. Just click the "Bitrate options" button to do this and you can set your custom bitrate levels easily. We also have a audio tag editor within the conversion software. This way you can pick a file and edit the audio tag if needed before the conversions. Like always, Conversions are always the fastest, and the outputted Multimedia files are always of the highest quality. We are constantly adding new features and would love to hear your feedback.
