Jim is an Accredited Credit Adviser and member of the Mortgage and Finance
Association of Australia (MFAA). Membership of this industry association
requires ongoing training and professional standards, ethical behaviour,
transparency and a commitment to borrowers. He is also a member of the Credit
Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL), an independent dispute resolution service,
and maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance for added client security.
