Names

Write your name, your pet's name or your company's name in real Chinese calligraphy art.
Many people like to have a Chinese name for fun, Chinese characters carry spirits and have both sounds and meanings. What I do when translating a western name to Chinese is not just simply make a name with two characters with similar pronunciation but to find a poetic meaning to match your personality. This is the most important thing for a name, isn't it? And also is my favourite part.
From my own experience for writing names in participating several Chinese culture events(Stockholm university, China Day in KTH, Chinese new year 2007 in Kista centrum) I have found ways to create Chinese names are well accepted.

Chinese calligraphy makes beautiful gifts

It is hard to find something unique for the people you love, but not cost a fortune. To give calligraphy pieces as a classic gift, is also a old Chinese tradition. Tell me what you willing to say, I will make it come true.
I have written for a lady for her 20th anniversary, which made a perfect present for her family, and a "Happy Birthday" piece for a little girl, a blessing sign for a child who was adopted from China, and a white paper lamp with an old Chinese poem.....

Customize your own Chinese calligraphy Tattoo design

I have been abroad since 2000, and I have seen that Chinese characters are popularly used in tattoo design in western world. However, not many of them are art. Most tattoos with Chinese characters I have noticed are just prints of the characters, sometimes even with a silly meanings and often done by someone who does not know the language at all ie, stroke missing, wrong order of words, such a pity!
Your body deserves Chinese calligraphy art which displays your spirit.
