Newton softball team falls to Maize South
The Newton High School softball team finally finished its doubleheader against Maize South Thursday at Railer Field nine days after it started.The Mavericks claimed the sweep in Newton’s final Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail League Division I game for at least the next two years.
