Not just a guy thing!

Now-a-days it will not surprise you to see a woman writing code. However, take yourself back nearly 200 years (minus the computer) and general reactions to something like this would have been a little bit different.
You may or may not know this, but the first computer program was written by a woman named Ada Lovelace, nearly 200 years ago. Ada grew up in a world when gender inequality was widely spread; studies into gender balance in STEM subjects in the modern day are very different. Take a look at some of the 21st century women leading the way in computing now.
