Antti Nurmi has honed his expertise in various international gyms. He's a multitalented and energetic trainer, whose instruction lacks neither power or technique. Antti has almost 20 years of experience in martial arts and a 10-year intensive relationship with functional training. His martial arts experience dates back into the '90s. Antti is a Defendo Blue use-of-force- and self defense instructor with responsibility in instructor training abroad. He's a professional martial arts instructor as well. He's a pioneer in kettlebell training in Finland. He's developed the IKSA/IUKL Fighter Line training method for martial arts instructors. He's a main instructor and linespecialist in kettlebell instructor training and fighter physical training in Spartan Gear.

To be the best, you have to train harder and smarter than the rest. Spartan Fighter Training is fighting sports training for the demanding fighter. We know what grappling, stand-up fighting or the toughest streets take. We understand what it takes to develop a sturdy base and to continuously improve upon it. We practise what we preach, because we know personally what it takes to face another fighter. We have a wide knowledge base in various fighting sports. We know how to punch, how to kick and what it takes to throw, grapple and control an opponent. We will teach you the meaning of strength, performance and mobility. We will show you why all training programs aren't made equal. We'll show you how to build an invincible fighter. We also have insight on what the training should aim: faster punching, more efficient kicks, locks that hold and stronger throws place certain demands on the body. A strong body isn't injured as easily. We won't forget that whoever is mentally weak cannot be physically strong. We can change the way you see your limits. When the body is tired, we can make the mind lead you to victory. We'll also keep things simple. The right attitude you'll get as a bonus!

Our training is based on the following themes:
- kettlebell exercises, basics, throws and explosiveness
- bodyweight exercises
- Using a partner as resistance
- sledge training
- sledgehammer- and tire training
- mental training
- muscle maintentance and recovery, 3D-stretching
- recognizing sport-specific demands
- theory on effective training, preventing injuries and progressive progress
