spark issues

Went to ride my blaster today and it wouldnt start. I pulled the plug wire and put one of those spark testers with a bulb in it and it barely lights the bulb...I pulled the plug then plugged it into the plug wire while having it grounded and no spark..I need help! lol

Has it sat all winter? If you had spark with the tester, try new plug. Start by checking that all connections are clean and tight. Dab of dielectric grease is good idea. Make sure grounds are clean, bare metal, especially coil mount. Also remove plug cap, trim 1/4" off, install cap.

If you have access to an ohm meter you can test the output of your stator and your coil. The values are in the manual. Electrical is in section 7
