Blackburn offers complete OEM wheel reconditioning & refacing. The alloy wheel refinishing process varies, and depends on the degree of damage and the original finish of the wheel. Each wheel is first inspected to ensure that it is structurally safe to repair. The wheel then goes through a series of alloy wheel refinishing processes that may include straightening, machining, stripping, painting, and clear coating. Wheels are examined at each stage of the process and spun before shipping to ensure they conform to our high quality standards which parallel or exceed the OE specifications of the manufacturer.
