Follower’s Gift: Starbucks, 20x30 size coffeehouse.

Package file only.  Place download in your “Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Library” folder.  CC is not included but I used EA items and textures as much as possible.  Anything that you don’t have will be replaced by the game.  I believe the only store item used were two of the skylights that came with the Skylight Studio Set, linked below.  (I have the official storebought version, so if you have a decrapified version of the set, you will have to place them yourself).  You’ll also want to get your hands on Cyclonesue’s Viaduct Build Set linked below, otherwise the windows will not appear correctly.

I have all expansions and all stuff packs except for Master Suite and Katy Perry.  My game is fully patched.
