Woke up this morning with a wonderful feeling. It was a bright sunny day and I knew that the weekend was around the corner. I had a short meeting with my editor at the Channels lab and reworked my latest story, which is about a college performance of Michael Weller’s play Moonchildren.

I was on an interview for my internship. Now I have two jobs as a journalist. The first is the college newspaper, The Channels. The second is a Hispanic magazine called Conexion. I will write all my stories in English, though.

In August 2008, I came to the City of Angels to fulfill my dreams as a young man and to enjoy freedom in the City of Santa Barbara. Finally, I'm working as a journalist.

Today is official launch date of my new web site, Blackbird's Nest. In Sweden, this is the Nobel Day, when the Nobel Laureates receive their prizes in Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine, Literature, Peace and Economics.
