At the age of 16, Gurbaksh Chahal dropped out of high school to pursue his dream as an entrepreneur and started his first company, ClickAgents. It was a pioneer in creating performance-based advertising. Eighteen months later, he sold it for $40 million to ValueClick.

Founder of BlueLithium

In January 2004, Gurbaksh founded his second company, BlueLithium, this time with an insight into sophisticated new ways that data, optimization and analytics could helP advertisers with behavioral retargeting. In 2007, Yahoo acquired BlueLithium for $300 million in cash.

Founder of RadiumOne

In September 2009, Gurbaksh founded his third online ad company, RadiumOne. The Company built intelligent software that pioneered ways of programmatic advertising across the web.

Founder of ProcureNet

In 2020, Gurbaksh founded and is the Chairman & CEO of ProcureNet an on-demand manufacturing platform for B2B and B2C marketplaces.

Chahal also renamed his 501(c)3 non-profit foundation from BeProud to launch The Chahal Foundation that focuses on:

• Creating awareness for social causes
• University scholarships and mentorships
• Supporting disaster relief efforts
• Improving schools in third world countries
• Create awareness of child sex trafficking
