A: The quality of our classes is our success. If people get results, they will come back. We also work hard on customer relationships, helping them modify moves and addressing any needs they have.

Q: What do you wish you would have known in the beginning?

A: Back then, I wish I would have known how important it is to be warm to your clients. When I was busy running the front desk and taking care of business needs, I found it difficult to be available for client questions. Now I know that that is incredibly important.

I try to teach this to my teachers as well, and tell them to smile all the time.
