1. How do I make my private transfer reservation?

Complete all of the details on the booking form , verify that you have read and agree to the booking conditions, and make your payment. Once your payment has been accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal, and we will send you your transfer voucher.

2. Will my private transfer drop me at the door of my accommodation?

Yes, as long as there is no physical reason, why the vehicle cannot reach the property
(for example it is in the middle of a pedestrian street). In this case you will be taken to the nearest accessible point. If your destination is a private address ie: a villa or chalet you must supply us with a complete address before your arrival, or alternatively the name and telephone number of the local Spanish agent or person handling the booking in Spain, so that we can contact them in advance to ascertain the exact location of the property, allowing us to transfer you to your holiday home as quickly as possible.

3. Will we have to share with other people?

No. At Alicante Private Transfers we offer exactly what our name says . Under no circumstances will you have to share your transfer with another group or party. Meaning that you don’t have to waste valuable holiday time waiting for other people or visiting other propertys on route.

4. What type of vehicle will be provided?

We have a range of vehicles at our disposal, ranging from luxury saloons that accommodate up to 4 people, to the latest model 55 seater coaches. All of our vehicles are fully licenced and insured, and are equipped to make your transfer as safe and comfortable as possible.

5. How do I locate my driver and transfer vehicle?

When you leave the baggage reclaim area, your driver will be waiting for you with a plaque with your name on. Should you have difficulty locating him, you will be provided with a 24 hour English speaking contact number on you transfer voucher.

6. We have always dealt with UK based companies in the past, how do we know you are reliable, and will we be able to contact you if we have a query or problem?

We are a fully licenced company registered in Spain, and have been operating successfully for many years. On your transport voucher you will be given a 24 hour English speaking contact number, simply call us with your query, and we will call you straight back, so the call will cost you no more than any other local call. 7. When it is time to go home , how will we know what time we are being picked up. Will we have to spend our last day trying to get through on the phone to confirm our pick up time?

When you receive your transport voucher it will clearly state your return pick up time, and this will be re confirmed on your arrival. Check in desks open at Alicante Airport 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, so we use our local knowledge to calculate your transfer journey time (taking into account time of day, road conditions etc) so you arrive at Alicante Airport just as the check ins are opening. Should you wish to arrive at the airport earlier, please advise us when you make your booking and we will calculate your pick up time accordingly.

8. What happens if our flight is delayed?

As long as you have given us all of the correct flight information at the time of booking, our driver will be there to meet you how ever long your delay has been.

9. We are bringing extra luggage will this be a problem?

No, as long as you advise us when you make the booking, even our smallest vehicles have  luggage trailers available (at no extra charge) so as long as you advise us in advance , we can make the necessary arrangements.

10. Are there any other hidden charges or supplements payable?

The price you see, on our price quote, is the price you pay. We do not charge supplements for night/weekend services. Sterling prices (G.B.Pounds) are based on our Euros prices, and will fluctuate depending on the rate of exchange on the day that you book . Prices are subject to change without notice, and once your reservation has been made and you have received your receipt and transfer voucher (usually within 3 minutes of making your reservation) amendment to prices (neither increases or reductions) can be made.

11. What happens if we have to amend or cancel our booking?

Normally we do not make a charge for amendments, and if you cancel your booking up to one  month before departure, we make a small nominal administration fee, and refund the rest of your money via PayPal. Please see our booking conditions for our scale of charges.

12. We want to travel to a town that is not included in your list, can you help?

If your destination is not included in our list please e-mail us at info@alicanteprivatetransfers.com with your details and we will forward a quote by return.
