Download problems
I have ordered but was unable to download or open Affiliate Project X - I did not get the link / the file was corrupt / I am not sure if I opened etc.
(a) I did not get a download link or I am not sure if I ordered
Please read all of this answer. When you pay for Project X via ClickBank you will be redirected to a newsletter signup page. Once you have entered your e-mail information you will be re-directed to the download page and sent confirmation with a link inside. If you click on this link, and confirm your subscription to the buyers' list, you will be sent an e-mail with the download link inside to refer back to it as need be. You should return to this page and attempt to download the file again.
If you did not get to the signup page, you should still be sent a download link from ClickBank (inside the automated receipt they sent you).
Your first port of call is to attempt to redownload the file via one of the above e-mails which link to the download page - in most cases you will be able to download the file from this link.
If you have not received the link, and have not received an invoice from receipt@clickbank.com, then there is a good chance that you have not ordered (receipts are automatically sent out upon purchasing). That said, it's better to be sure - so please open a support ticket at the bottom of this page and include your name, e-mail address and the date you ordered, and we will do our best to locate your order - and provide you with access instructions if you have indeed ordered.
(b) I have downloaded the file, but I get a corrupt file message.
If you are running a PC, please try to download the file a second time - this will solve the problem in most cases. Secondly, please do not left-click on the file - rather, right-click and choose "save file as" - and then open it once it has been downloaded (if you receive a blank screen when clicking on the link, then you need to right-click).
If you are running a Mac, opening the file direct may not work and may cause a "corrupt file" problem. If this is the case, try and open the file manually - in other words, open Adobe Acrobat, then click File > Open and open the project X file that way.
If you are still experiencing problems and cannot download the file correctly, then please submit a support ticket at the bottom of this page and we will deal with your problem as quickly as possible.
Support questions
I am a beginner and am finding the material inside APX tough to understand.
Firstly, I am working on several new additions to APX that will explain everything to beginners from top to bottom - along with an offer that will allow even complete beginners to profit from Project X. In the meantime, my advice is to start with the "workhorse" method - for that method to work, you do not need a website and you do not need any advanced skills. Also, remember that all the information you need is inside your APX manual - if you are a beginner to affiliate marketing, you may need to read the material several times over to really understand all of the points - but everything you need is inside there.
How can I arrange a refund for APX?
Please open a support ticket below and copy and paste the invoice you should have received from ClickBank upon ordering APX. I need the eight digit invoice number (and ideally all of the invoice copied and pasted) to process your refund fast.
Affiliate questions
I would like to do a mail-out to my list for Affiliate Project X. Any advice?
Yes, firstly I suggest you use the "standard" pre-sell I mention on my affiliate page - it has proven to convert. If you would like another pre-sell, or have any other questions, then please contact us by opening a support ticket below. You should know that Project X is not only a proven winner from a conversions point of view, but is very simply the de facto product for affiliates - so you will be making money and giving your list something of real value. You can also provide us with your ClickBank account name so we can setup a cloaked link for you. If you open a ticket, we will e-mail you back as fast as we can with further info.
